We currently ship within the U.S. and U.S. territories, excluding Louisiana.
WE PROCESS ORDERS VERY QUICKLY. This means we're unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders ship same or next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours, over the weekend, or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.
- Expedited shipping speeds up the carrier transit time after your order leaves our fulfillment center, but it does not guarantee same-day fulfillment or delivery by a specific date.
- Shipping speeds shown at checkout refer to carrier transit time after your order leaves our fulfillment center. Expedited shipping does not skip or shorten order processing time.
- You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order has shipped.
SHIPPING:
- Orders over $49 qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping, with expedited shipping options available at an additional cost.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
- USPS Ground Advantage delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 2–3 business days after carrier acceptance, but delivery is not guaranteed.
- USPS Priority Mail Express is the fastest USPS option and includes a carrier delivery guarantee for eligible shipments.

- Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: Puff Herbals is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once in the possession of the mail carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS). Refunds will not be issued for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the mail carrier.
